  • How do I install the plugin?

    Upload ai-website-builder.zip in WP Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload, activate, then finish the first-run wizard. See Get started.

  • Where do I get a license key?

    Buy on Pricing (Stripe Checkout). Your key (AIB-…) appears on the success page — paste it in Settings.

  • What do I get on Free?

    A homepage built from your screenshot (or Surprise me), Grok chat edits (15 per build), and one rebuild per day. The footer shows a small Built with badge. Upgrade to Starter for more pages and your own domain.

  • I declined the companion theme. Can I undo?

    Yes — Settings → Companion theme → Undo decline, then Install / activate. Build new requires the theme.

  • Is this a template marketplace?

    No. Inspirations are taste profiles. Every generate produces a unique site for your brand.

  • How do contact forms work?

    Contact/Quote forms email you and store submissions under WP AI Site Builder → Submissions. Configure notify email in Customizer → Lumina Forms.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Email support within 14 days of a paid subscription if you have barely used the product. Subscriptions cancel via Stripe Customer Portal.
